Evelyn’s Crackers is a whole grain bakery in Toronto that has been pioneering whole grain baking since 2008. Founded by a Baker and a Chef, we named the business after our daughter where the humble cracker became the vehicle to our creativity. The goal has always been to showcase organic whole grains, grown in Ontario by farmers who believe in nutrition and sustainable farming. After a decade and several dozens of various baked goods later, there is no end in sight to the multiple uses for organic whole grains. More information can be found on The Grain Project.
